One of the products with plasma we have been using is ‘display.’ The display technology we are quite familiar with, like PDP, LED is based on the mechanism of plasma. LED light, replacing another utilization case of plasma, fluorescent light, is another leading case of plasma application. The technology is making difference in various fields in our daily life including table lamp, plasma air purifier, glass surface processed with plasma and plasma processed fiber.
These broad range of applications indicates that plasma technology is capable of leading high-tech future technologies and has even greater importance as it works well with green technology, widely adopted across the world, including the ones applied in environmental restoration through green gas or harmful substances purification.
